Glowette Studios ships orders to customers using trusted shipping and fulfilment partners.

Separate Packages
Some items may ship separately depending on supplier, stock location, or fulfilment partner. This means your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Glowette Studios is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to wrong or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may need to pay additional shipping fees for the order to be resent.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Glowette Studios is not responsible for stolen, missing, or misplaced parcels.
If your parcel says delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property, ask household members/neighbours, and contact the courier directly.
We will help where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for parcels marked as delivered.
